We're looking for a passionate, people-centric, process driven Product Manager / Developer to join a small team on the journey of enormous growth in a business that strives to make a difference in the lives of our customers, our community and our team.

As the Product Manager you will be responsible for managing our development team of in-house developers as well as any contract development management. You will be integral at managing scoping, prioritisation, creative problem solving and new development ideas. 

This role will work very closely with 1nsight’s director in coming up with development strategy, exploring development opportunities with customers, app and web design and reporting.

It will be your responsibility to ensure that everything from idea formation, through development, testing and publishing runs smoothly and to scope.

You will have the opportunity to help build a nurture a growing team of developers at all ranges of their career as well as interact with a close team and the opportunity to meet many people.
