The hospital love the fact that we use iClean for our daily cleaning but also the auditing side of it they just love for so many reasons.
The first time in our first year when the hospital was audited by the Health Department the auditors who have been doing this for had never seen the system before. We showed them and the next year they came back they asked, “Are you still using the system?” We said, “Of course we are and they just ticked the box so that made us feel good, made Royal Rehab feel good and made NSW Health feel good.
Having the cleaning data and the continuous improvement auditing at the flick of a switch is handy because if I’m looking at the looking at the audits and the results are lower than expected I can just flip back in and see what happened on that day or what cleaner was there so it’s all all ties in beautifully.
